Style Cornbread in a Jar Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup Master
Mix
1 cup cornmeal
2 tablespoons sugar
Blend dry
ingredients thoroughly and transfer into a tightly sealed jar.

To Make Texas
Style Cornbread:
In addition to
the mix in the jar, you will need:
1 egg, beaten
2/3 cup milk
Place cornbread
mix in a bowl. Combine beaten egg and milk; stir into dry
ingredients. Pour into greased 8-inch square pan. Bake at 425 degrees
F for 25 to 30 minutes. Makes 9 servings.
