Pie Muffins in a Jar Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup plain flour
1 cup chopped pecans
Layer the
ingredients in a jar. Seal tightly with a lid.
Attach the
following instructions to the jar:

Muffin Mix
To make Pecan
Pie Mini Muffins, in addition to the mix in the jar, you will need:
2/3 cup butter, melted
2 eggs, beaten
In a bowl,
combine butter and egg; stir in the jar of muffin mix. Fill greased
and floured miniature muffin tins about 2/3 full. Bake at 350 degrees
F for 20-25 minutes, or until
A toothpick
comes out clean when inserted into the center of a muffin. Remove
muffins from tins immediately and cool on wire racks.
Makes 2 1/2
dozen muffins.
